Knowing when and how to change time frames is not easy and it may
take you some time to develop this skill.

Determine Market Cycle

When using the ART® “Charting Software”, look to see if the time
frame you are considering is currently:

1. In a trend
2. In a consolidation
3. Just breaking-out of a consolidation
4. In a correction
