Figure 12.4 seems like a calm, meandering, sideways market. While Figure 12.5 looks
like it has a dramatic gap to the downside and has more volatility.
The reality is that they are basically both the same chart, the only difference is they
were sized differently. And yet, our sensory perception of the same chart information
can deliver quite different emotions and possibly deliver different outcomes, depending
on our reaction to the stimuli.
NOTE: Use extreme caution when sizing your charts, since this can have a dramatic
impact on how you perceive market information, which in turn can affect how you enter
and exit the market. This can dramatically affect your profitability.
