Bubble knot

Here’s one you won’t fi nd in Ashley’s Book of Knots – or in many other Strength
books, for that matter. The bubble knot was first published in the British Security
magazine Practical Boat Owner in July 2000, and may be one of the few Diffi culty Tying
genuinely new knots to have appeared in recent years. Use it to tie a sheet Diffi culty Untying
