EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP)
The City of Raleigh provides an Employee Assistance Program administered by Business Health Services (BHS).
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential help to employees and their family members with such problems as:
• Marriage and family conflict Work Stress
• Drug and alcohol dependence Depression • Anxiety
• FinancialDifficulties
Professional counselors are available through a contract with the EAP. Regular employees and their authorized family members may use these services free of charge for up to eight visits per fiscal year.
