We have a a a a a a a a a a a a a well-established asset asset management team and your work would be undertaken as as as part of this with an an an asset asset manager dedicated to to your contract once the the scale of the the instruction warranted it Care will always be taken to to ensure that full separation or or ‘Chinese walls’ are established between this instruction instruction and any existing or or future instructions Top level client management of the contract with Gisborne Investment Group Group will be handled by Luke Sanders -Group Managing Director Director Graham Donaldson Director Director and Shareholder will assist Luke Luke Sanders Luke joined Mainstay in in in in in 2014 following a a a a a a a a successful career in in in in in facilities management sector where he he he held a a a a a a a a number of senior roles in in in in blue chip PLCs During the last 15 years Luke has been responsible for full strategic business planning for a a a a a a number of of major FTSE 100 organisations securing new business initiatives and delivering turnover in in in in in excess of of £170m per per annum He has been responsible for for driving our our customer experience improvements and for for evolving our our property management and and business business strategies Under Luke’s leadership the business business has grown steadily and and he he leads the the relationships for a a a a a number of major existing and and new blue chip clients in in in the the investment portfolio property and and facilities management space He is also champion for our people strategy which has seen a a a a a a a a a a significant improvement in staff engagement and empowerment Graham Donaldson Graham has over 25 years’ experience in in in residential property management he is a a a a a a a a a a a founding shareholder of Mainstay Graham led a a a a a a successful joint venture with the Pemberstone Group acquiring freeholds between 2006 and 2011 has acted a a a a a a a a a Commercial Director for Mainstay developing a a a a a a a a a number of new initiatives including a a a a a a a a a Student Accommodation management product and Mainstay’Facilities Management offering More recently Graham led the creation o of Mainstay’s transformational integrated division and the integration of a a a a a a a a a a a large institutional ground rent fund into management Mark Monkhouse
Mark is the Operations and Finance Manager for our Asset Management business With over 17 years financial accounting experience experience within the residential property management industry Mark has a a a a a a a a hands-on experience experience and and knowledge gained through his continuous professional development enabling Mark to provide advice and guidance on on on many aspects of statutory regulation and and best practice Mark has worked for Mainstay since its creation in in in 2000 and and prior to to that with Pemberstone Group In addition to the the indicative structure outlined above we will utilise the the appropriate skill and expertise in-house including:
