Team is responsible for ensuring that all statutory inspections and planned service & maintenance visits are carried out out throughout the portfolio in in in line with statute and regulations Utilising a a a a a a a a a a a comprehensive asset asset management system all all activities on on property assets are continually tracked and records updated to provide real time status We utilise contractors who hold the Safecontractor and and Contractors Health and and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) accreditation accreditation (or similar Safety Safety Schemes in Procurement accreditation accreditation backed by the Health & Safety Safety Executive) Safecontractor is is a a a a a a a a a a a nationally recognised health and safety assessment scheme which requires appointed contractors to provide the following information on on an an annual basis   Risk Assessments   Public Liability Insurance
  Method Statements covering all routine activities   Professional Indemnity Insurance
 Employers Liability Insurance
For non-routine works contractors are required to to submit Method Statements and Risk Assessments for sign off prior to the commencement commencement of works A pre-commencement meeting is held at site and and unannounced random audits are undertaken at site by our our Managers or or our our specialist Health and Safety Team during the works At the the the completion of a a a a a a project the the the property manager will meet with the the the contractor to to inspect and when satisfied sign off the works Mainstay has has adopted a a a a a a a a a a a a programme which has has secured accreditation by CHAS Safecontractor ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 and and Association of Residential Agents (ARMA) - Quality Standard Accreditations
