Medical Care
The Malvern College Medical Centre is situated on campus and is staffed around the clock by qualified medical staff We have two College doctors Dr Dr Seldon and and Dr Dr Henry and and the Medical Centre is run by our Nurse Manager Mrs Tillman Coronavirus testing will be carried out in in a a a a local facility and we will receive results within hours In the event of a a confirmed case we will work closely with the local Public Health England authorities who will quickly carry out further tests and we will actively engage with NHS Test and Trace Malvern College Contact Tracing System
We have prepared a a a a a Malvern College contact tracing system which means that in in the event of a a suspected case we will quickly identity relevant pupils and staff so that they can be isolated and tested Contact tracing will be facilitated by central recording of seating plans
in lessons and meals as as well as as allocated rooms and bathrooms in in Boarding Houses There will be no no non-essential visitors to to Boarding Houses and careful screening and recording of all visitors to to the College campus The contact tracing system means that if needed relevant people can be isolated and and tested and and the the rest of the the College can continue as as normally as as possible
