Mainstay is appointed as Managing Agent of your development on behalf of Budenberg Haus Projekte Management Company. Our role is to ensure that all aspects of management and customer service are delivered to the highest possible standards at all times.
Our speci c duties include:
 Setting of the Service Charge Budget.
 Providing and managing site sta .
 Provision of a Property Manager who is on site
once a week.
 Collection of service charge.
 Maintenance of all aspects of the building this
includes but is not limited to window cleaning /
lift maintenance / emergency lighting / roller shutter maintenance / water pump maintenance / mansafe system maintenance / water tank maintenance / management of the refuse / general repairs / gutter cleaning etc.
 Provision of the end of year Service Charge Accounts.  Credit Control Duties.
 Payment of invoices.
 Enforcing the Lease.
 Ensuring all Health and Safety items are addressed.
 Provision of Out of Hours Emergency Provider.
 Overseeing Major Works - such as External Redecoration.  Grounds Maintenance.
 Leaseholder Communication.
 Etc.
