The Lead Caretaker is Dave Phelps. Dave’s role is to ensure the development well maintained at all times. Dave will carry out a number of key duties such as cleaning, jet washing, minor repairs and decorating. He is also available for other operational requirements, such as ordering fobs, allowing access for meter readings and so on.
Dave’s working hours are:
Monday – Friday: 6am - 1pm | Saturday: 8am – 1pm
