Utilities and Communal Heating System
The utilities for Budenberg Haus Projekte (electricity) is managed and provided by New Islington Utilities; this means that neither Mainstay nor Budenberg Haus Projekte Management Company has any in uence over who provides the communal electricity to either the communal areas or to the individual apartments.
Maintenance of plant and
equipment
Communal equipment
Budenberg Haus Projekete contains a communal system which is maintained by the Management Company for the bene t of all Leaseholders.
Equipment within your property
The metering and HIU equipment within each property is the responsibility of ENER-G Switch2.
In order to retain the integrity and security of the system and to ensure that it continues to operate to its optimum performance this equipment should only be serviced or repaired by authorised ENER-G Switch2 personnel. Therefore, it is essential that you do not tamper, adjust or interfere with this equipment.
Any problems with the meter or HIU should be reported to us using the contact details provided on your bill, or in the guidance provided by Urban Splash when you purchased the property.
All other equipment within the property is your responsibility as Leaseholder and must be repaired and maintained at your own expense as set out in the guidance provided by Urban Splash when you purchased the property. This includes, for example: taps and water  ttings, internal pipe work and plumbing, radiators, thermostatic radiator valves, room thermostats, timer controls. We recommend that you use only suitably quali ed and registered contractors to repair and maintain any private equipment within your property.

Please note that charges will be applied to your account if we are called out to attend to any problems which are shown to relate to private equipment in the property
