Understanding the Divine Secrets
of the flock! God is looking for pastors with big hearts for people. Jeremiah 3:15:
And I will give you shepherds according to My heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding.
Jeremiah 10:21 says:
For the shepherds have become dull- hearted, And have not sought the Lord; Therefore they shall not prosper, And all their flocks shall be scattered.
As pastors, the shepherds of the flock the only thing that will keep the flock, the people, in the house of God, is when you begin to seek the LORD and his word on a sacrificial dimension. This will help you feed the flock with fresh knowledge and understand- ing, and the flock will not be scattered, but will increase in number. As a pastor if you are feeding the flock, the Church, the same spiritual food for years on the same level they will be scattered. I believe they need a taste of new things or spiritual food so that they can grow and become nourished in the spirit. They are tired of stagnation!
A life of sacrifice for the sake of God and his flock is the gateway to Church growth. Pastors who are look-
