the area, so large that I was not able to see where I was going or what I might walk into, but that was where my path led.
Suddenly, I had a strong urge to start praying in the spirit with other tongues as I trekked along, hidden and swallowed up in that field in the middle of nowhere. It was a threatening occasion, but carrying a testimony at the same time to the glory of God Jehovah. I knew there was something higher that was happening in the spirit as I prayed vigorously. Countless times, God has led me that way and I have seen his wondrous acts unfolding at the same time in my own life.
I suddenly saw a huge, venomous snake in front of me, but it could not do anything because the power to paralyze its wickedness was already released through deep divine intercession in the spirit by the Holy Spirit. The snake panicked and ran away from me. That was divine security and protection at work. The word of God says in 2 Kings 6:15-17:
And when the servant of the man of God arose early and went out, there was an army, surrounding the city with horses and chariots. And his servant said to him, “Alas, my master! What shall we do?” So he
