I have always said in my life, “I thank God for God.” He is the beginning and the ending! So I thought I should thank God for being himself: God. You can’t describe the sovereignty of God. He is too sovereign to be described. God is complete within himself. He is the beginning and the ending; the Alpha and Omega. However, for you and me to be complete we need God. Isaiah 46:9-10 tells us to:
Remember the former things of old, For
I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like Me, Declaring the end from the beginning, And from ancient times things that are not yet done, Saying, ‘My counsel shall stand, And I will do all My pleasure.
God is Unique and Sovereign!
The prophet Isaiah wrote:
Do not fear, nor be afraid; Have I not told you from that time, and declared it? You are My witnesses. Is there a God besides Me? Indeed there is no other Rock; I know not one. - Isaiah 44:8
God is God! What can stop him from sending judgment on you in this time of grace dispensation.
