When a man thinks he knows his way to a life of greatness, and has no honor and consideration for God, depart away from him, his ways are paths of death and destruction! No wonder the Psalmist quoted this scripture in Proverb 14:12, saying:
There is a way that seems right to a man, But its end is the way of death.
Each time people lose God’s fear they end up at a junk heap in life and they become victims of failure and degradation. A junk heap is a place where rubbish and unwanted things, stinking and decomposed rubbish, is discarded with a mission to bury it. Stay away from sin and then God will stay close to you! The only proof for God’s fear in your life is to stay away from sin. Above all, sin is what displaced man from abundant living in the Garden of Eden. It placed man into a dust realm. Man became a door mat without identity. A door mat is a place where dirty, dust and sand particles are disposed. It is a place of no value and identity. That is how terrible sin can be! It distorted man’s relationship with his creator, and sent man away from his place of honor and dignity.
Sin displaced man from his glorious destiny. You see, up till now sin is ravaging and messing up people’s destinies! Why? There is no fear of God! Where there
