ministry are the ones who don’t achieve anything. Ministry is God’s kingdom project. We are just hired and we have to follow the owner’s guidelines and stay within those lines. I think one important key to stability in ministry is to remain focused and authentic with what God has mandated you to do no matter how unpopular it is. We are told in Joel about an army God is raising for the end-time revival, and its stickability trait! Joel 2:7-8:
They run like mighty men, they climb the wall like men of war; Every one marches in formation, And they do not break ranks. They do not push one another; Every one marches in his own column. Though they lunge between the weapons, they are not cut down.
You see, walking within your calling triggers divine immunity. It is immunity from failure and destruction! It is very important to remain within your calling.
The next cause for stagnation in ministry is lacking understanding.
