Sacrificial Praying is Only Possible by the Holy Spirit
Romans 8:26:
Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
You will always need the help of the Holy Spirit to pray from this dimension. Everybody prays, but you need the help of the Holy Spirit to make your praying effective and accurate. Unless the Holy Spirit helps you pray you will always be miserable in life because you will never access divine answers. The Holy Spirit knows the mind and will of God better than you possibly can. It is praying according to the will of God that helps you access divine answers without struggle. The Holy Spirit will absolutely help you pray according to the will of God in the word of God.
1 Corinthians 2:10-11 says:
But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit
