Overhand Knot

When a basic overhand knot is tightened over a
loop, the loop may be drawn out with relative ease
by holding the knot and pulling on the working end.
This makes the overhand knot with draw loop a better
choice than the basic overhand when the knot will be
untied soon or often.

Tie an overhand knot (see page Before tightening the knot, take
