by truck or best way. All freight charges are F.O.B. Chicago, Illinois. Freight charges will be prepaid and added to your invoice.

Authorization is required for any merchandise return. Call Customer Service for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, and provide a list of items being returned and reason for returns. Customers are responsible for freight both ways unless the return is a PRIMEdge or vendor error. All returns from orders lled correctly are subject to a 15% restocking charge ($10.00 minimum).

All merchandise should be carefully checked against the packing slip. Any damage or loss sustained in shipment should be reported immediately to the delivery carrier.
DO NOT SIGN for a shipment until you are satis ed that there is no apparent damage. If damage is apparent, note it on the freight bill before signing, and le a claim directly with the carrier within 5 days. If there is concealed damage, notify PRIMEdge as soon as it is discovered. Be sure to save shipping cartons until a nal inspection has been made.
