South Campus Hall’s 3) Quantum-Nano Centre
Cafeteria
A cosy area in the Quantum-Nano
Centre, the basement floor is a relaxing
place to study.

Pros:
Students like how there is less foot traffic
since it’s in a smaller area. Some of the
walls are entirely made of glass, which is
convenient for a person acting like
Picasso by drawing out their homework.
The glass walls add a very serene touch
to the study space and enable calming
thoughts. A neat musical feature is a
piano, which students find cheerful to
play and hear during study breaks.

Cons:
The space is well liked despite the
amplification of sounds in the study
space since it’s in a narrow hall, and the
seats may need a bit more comfort like
Hagey Hall atrium’s or AHS landing’s.
But, its location in a cutting-edge
nanotechnology research facility is quite
sleek!

4) South Campus Hall’s Cafeteria

Pros:
Its reputation is developing, but students love the cafeteria because
of the electric outlets in the tables, and the brown and dark blue
earthy interior. Plus, it’s a space where Velocity start-up workshop
events happen. Students enjoy food that isn’t simple to find across
campus like shawarma, pho, pizza, and stir-fries.

Cons:
The lunch rush brings in some louder moments and the eatery
closes earlier than others, but students still appreciate the
workspace.
