cornucopia! Currently under construction,
this treasure trove is home to a Subway,
Quesada, Pita Pit and a shawarma stand. So,
whatever you’re feeling, the SLC has you
covered. Don’t worry, these vendors also
have halal and vegetarian options so that
you can feast in peace. Currently, this area
provides plastic utensils exclusively, but the
vendors themselves hand out food in
recyclable containers. Is this enough,
especially considering the threat of climate
change?
