Students may be subject to discipline for violation of the Code of Conduct/Student Discipline Code even
if that conduct occurs on property not owned or controlled by the Board but that is connected to activities
or incidents that have occurred on property owned or controlled by the Board, or conduct that, regardless
of where it occurs, is directed at a Board official or employee, or the property of such official or employee.
Student conduct shall be governed by the rules and provisions of the Student Code of Conduct/Student
Discipline Code, Board Policy 5500.
All schools involved with the Six District Compact are an extension of our school program; therefore,
students who elect to attend Compact Program are subject to disciplinary action based upon the Student
Code of Conduct of all six schools. Consequently, conduct and/or involvement in any activity that may or
does result in disciplinary action by one school may be grounds for similar disciplinary action by the other
schools.
