Even though I had a dramatic response after a week of eating these concentrated, herbal whole foods, it was only after eating them for many years that the true value started to show in my health. Given time, I found the colds came fur- ther apart, general sickness occurs less often. Issues that typically come with age seemed to be less or did not show up at all. Too often in a medical health solution, we want immediate re- sults. And with drugs you often see an immedi- ate reduction of symptoms, but not necessarily an increase in health. Applying the philosophy of regeneration® is a long-term project, a daily ap- plication of correct principles. The results, how- ever, are well worth it.
