2. Notebook
The notebook section is a multi‐user notebook where you and your account manager can keep meeting
notes or important information. This can be edited by all users with access to the site.
3. Documents
The document section will house all your permanent E‐rate documents including Form 470, Form 471,
Contact Form, Board Resolutions and much more! This will be used for document retention and will allow
you to easily locate any document you may need. You can quickly filter by document type to help locate
documents.
