              If you are requesting bids for Internet Access, you may want to request bidders to provide pricing for leased on-
              premise equipment that is necessary for the service to be operational.  An example would be a router that is leased
              from the Internet Service Provider.  Specify the address where your demarcation point for Internet Access is located.
