310. Internet Access-Broadband Service

List the DMARC, quantity, minimum bandwidth and maximum bandwith of broadband Internet service you need to
connect directly to the Internet. DMARC is the address of the building where your Internet connection from your
provider is located. Service providers may respond with leased lit fiber, leased dark fiber, wireless, other modes of
delivery or bids for a self-provisioned network. Be sure to attach a list of your sites and requested Internet Access
broadband connections. Network diagrams are helpful but not required.

premise equipment that is necessary for the service to be operational. An example would be a router that is leased
