We Do Weddings!
Looking for a historic and unique place to have your wedding and/or reception? Your family and friends will be wowed the moment they step into The Outdoor Adventure Center (OAC). The OAC brings the outdoors indoors. Our life-size bur oak tree will greet your guests at the door with our picturesque waterfall in the background. Built in 1892, the OAC still has its historic charm from when Henry Ford did his apprenticeship here. We’ve added some modern amenities with our sound system, lighting, and décor. Enjoy hosting your guests in our one-of-a-kind rooms (Riverview Loft, Archery Range, Forest and Rivers) with a view of the Detroit River, Canada and a lighthouse! All of our 60” round tables, banquet chairs, and parking are complimentary.
