 Torch calories and fire up your metabolism with this high energy boot camp style workout. This class will bring you maximum results with a group of motivating people just like you, who want to make a dramatic change in their physical & mental well-being. You’ll get leaner and stronger as you shed the fat and build lean, hard muscle. It’s time to transform your body. This class is challenging, it will help you lose body fat and achieve a high level of physical conditioning! Class will consist of cardio, weight lifting, interval training and more. You will squat, lunge and crunch your way to a better body. Get in the best shape of your life! Bringing hand weights and a mat is recommended for a maximum workout
