Spirit of Alexandria Nature Bus and Live Animals, presented by Howell Nature Center
SATURDAY, MARCH 4 2:30 – 4:45 P.M
Join Howell Nature Center staff as they present Birds, Mammals, and Reptiles. This 1.5-hour program begins with a one-hour live wildlife presentation inside the OAC. Following the presentation, preregistered guests can explore the mobile classroom full of hands-on activities about the adaptations of native Michigan wildlife and the wonders of nature!
FEE: Included with the price of admission.

Down on the Farm in Downtown Detroit – Upland Hills Farms at the OAC
SUNDAY, APRIL 23 12:00 – 3:00 P.M. (Members can arrive at 11A.M.)
Agriculture is an important part of Michigan’s past, present, and future. Meet some of our farm animal favorites right here at the OAC. Our archery range will be transformed into a barn, and you will be able to get up close to cows, pigs, chickens, and more! This is a popular exhibit – there may be a wait during hours of operation.
