Fitness Stars by Stretch-n-Grow
Where fitness meets fun! This fitness class focuses on gross motor skill development and overall wellness. While improving the level of fitness and activity, our stars will also learn the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle. We know how to capture our stars’ attention and turn exercise into an adventure.
Ages: 3-6 years old (adults must stay on-site) Location: Civic Center Gym

Work on your sun salutations while taking in the actual fresh air, & inspiring views in the quiet, serene setting of the Civic Center grounds. Explore a full range of standing and seated postures – complemented by deep breathing, relaxation, and meditative techniques. Come practice under the great sky, surrounded by natural beauty. Dress appropriate for the weather.
Please bring a Yoga mat to class.
