Classes will be offered
from July 5th to August 31st, 2022.
Parent and Tot Gymnastics (walking-3 years): Our young athletes, with a parent or caregiver, will participate in coach-instructed activities to develop gross and fine motor skills. Classes are an exciting opportunity for parents to participate in a variety of gross motor experiences to support their young child’s growth and development. Students will be introduced to several gymnastics events as well as some obstacle courses. These classes build confidence as well as cognitive skills (following direction), coordination (climbing) and balance.
Firecrackers Gymnastics (3-4 years): “Take off” with the FIRECRACKERS where the focus is generating gymnastics skills, strengthening skills, flexibility and coordination. Children will use specialized mats, bars, trampolines, beams, parachutes, tunnels and much more to reach these goals. *Requirement: Children must be able to stay with the group and follow basic instruction.
Mini Ninjas (Ages 4-6 years): Mini Ninjas will participate in coach-instructed activities to develop gross and fine motor skills. Ninja Classes are fitness and agility based classes that blend Gymnastics and skills similar to Par-Kour and American Ninja Warrior for kids. Students will be introduced to several gymnastics events as well as custom made ninja structure. Ninja classes build confidence as well as cognitive skills (following direction), coordination (climbing) and balance.
Gym Kour Ninjas Ages 7-13 years): Ninjas will participate in coach-instructed activities to develop gross and fine motor skills. Girls Recreational Gymnastics (Ages 6-13 years): Beginner gymnastics skills. Students will learn basic skills on all events: Bars, Beam, Floor, Vault and Trampoline. Our coaches create an environment with positive reinforcement and the encouragement necessary to keep athletes motivated.

Horse Caretaking for Beginners
This recreational class is for the animal caring enthusiasts, specifically those interested in working with horses. Learn how to saddle, bridle, groom, lead, adjust tack, pick a stall, different types of feed and feeding at a local equestrian facility here in Clinton Township.
