Lance Hull
Chief Marketing Officer

Lance Hull, Chief Marketing Officer of 21st Mortgage Corporation, be-
gan his career in the manufactured housing industry in 1998 when he
joined Clayton Homes. After leading Clayton’s Commercial Buildings
Group, he was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing for
the manufacturing division. During his time with Clayton, the company
grew to be the largest manufacturing company in the industry by suc-
cessfully acquiring and integrating some of best manufacturing brands.

In 2012, Lance joined 21st Mortgage Corporation and after successfully
establishing the company’s Communities Group, he assumed leadership
of the company’s marketing division in 2015. As Chief Marketing Of-
ficer, Lance and his team lead the company’s marketing and communi-
cation efforts with their borrowers, while also supporting the education,
training, and collateral needs of more than 2,000 retailers and communi-
ty groups nationally.

Lance and his wife, Michelle, live in Knoxville, TN, along with their
two daughters, Maddie and Lauren. Lance is a graduate of the Univer-
sity of Tennessee where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical
Engineering.
