Design a bridge that can tolerate maximum load using the materials provided.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Any project that we take is a challenge that involves various important factors like timelines; deadlines;
working in teams; managing the resources that we are using etc. For example, let us consider that you are
the lead engineer for a project of building a bridge in your city. You are told to make the bridge in 1 year.
Therefore, it is your responsibility to make efficient and realistic timelines that will keep a check on the
various stages of the bridge construction process. You would probably lay down timeline for every week
and check if you completed the task or not. Timelines are important because by tracking them we can
analyze our progress. Another important tool that we must have is effectively working in teams. We must
respectfully work in teams to achieve our goal together. Most of the projects that people deal with are
done in teams, therefore we must learn how to respect everyone’s opinion and do what is right for the
project. Another vital aspect is resource management, which is using the materials smartly. We must try
not to waste any material. We must also think about environment in doing any project.
