Committee News


               Shaun Wilden​ has officially stepped down from the committee after
               several years. Here’s ​an exclusive extended interview​ for members,

               which was recorded on 25 April, in which he talks about his time on the
               SIG, which included four years as a joint coordinator.  This light-hearted

               interview is peppered with references to one of his favourite ever books /
               shows, ‘The HitchHiker's Guide To The Galaxy’ and how prescient author

               Douglas Adams was about the future of language technology.




































               Sylvia Guinan​ has also stepped down from her committee role as web
               editor / webmaster for family reasons. Phil Longwell, who will be taking

               over this role with immediate effect, also interviewed her recently about her
               time with the SIG.
