*If a student does not abide by the Institute’s Code of Conduct, the student may be
                   dismissed from the Institute and ineligible to reenroll.


                    REQUIREMENTS FOR GRADUATION
                   To receive a certification or certificate of completion from Fit and Fancy Institute,
                   students must successfully complete (“C” or better) the following requirements. All
                   graduation requirements must be completed at Fit and Fancy Institute from the time a
                   student enrolls in the school.


                   INSTITUTE PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE POLICY
                   When you train at Fit and Fancy Institute, you receive more than a quality education.
                   Each current and former student is given professional job placement assistance.
                   Whether you are brand new to the industry or an experienced professional taking our
                   classes as a refresher or trying to advance your practice, we will help with every
                   facet of your employment search. Our full-time job placement advisor will help you
                   prepare a professional resume and conduct mock interviews and coaching. We will
                   also provide ongoing job placement assistance.  It does not matter if you graduated
                   last week or 5 years ago. Fit and Fancy Institute will always be available to help you
                   sharpen your interview skills, and to assist you in preparing a resume that stands out
                   from the crowd. Our mission is to ensure that you have the greatest chance possible of
                   getting the career you desire.


                   POLICIES/PROCEDURES TO RESOLVE STUDENT
                   GRIEVANCES/COMPLAINTS

                   A student has the right to seek a remedy for a dispute or disagreement through the
                   Institute’s Complaint and Grievance procedure.
                   The Institute shall establish procedures in consultation with student representatives
                   and others, for handling complaints and grievances. These procedures shall not
                   substitute for other grievance procedures specific in Institute policies and procedures,
                   regulations or negotiated agreements. This policy does not apply to academic grade
                   disputes.
                   Procedures
                   The Institute shall establish procedures to implement this policy.
                   Student Complaint and Grievance Procedures
                       1.  Definitions: For the purposes of Student Complaints and Grievance Policy and
                          Procedure, the following definitions apply:
                       •  Appeals: A request for reconsideration of a grievance decision Student
                          Complaints and Grievance Policy and Procedure.
