Permanent makeup is a cosmetic technique which employs tattoos (permanent
pigmentation of the dermis) as a means of producing designs that resemble makeup.
Students will learn hands-on techniques & the art of the application of permanent
cosmetic makeup by using a digital machine. Paramedical Permanent Makeup is the
implantation of pigment within the skin in a safe and sterile environment. Paramedical
Permanent Makeup provides a finishing touch to surgical procedures, camouflaging
scars and burns, and breast reconstruction.
