     KER-CHING is, a soon to be global, SHOPPING NETWORK LOYALTY PROGRAMME. Tens of thousands of members
     benefit from cash back rewards pledged by participating merchants of every kind. Merchants, big & small, benefit from
     a rapidly increasing customer base they would not have had otherwise.


     Humble beginnings.....

     Ker-Ching pre-launched late 2018 after 5 years of hard work, planning and creating the facilities.

     THE PLAN:


            1. Start a loyalty program for our Organic farming business
            2. Create a Multi-Level Network business structure for members to be able to have their own business within our business
     that            makes a very good passive weekly and monthly income
            3. Must also be affordable to join
            4. NO monthly fees
            5. Operate with closed loop card system


                          So, ideally, to achieve “The Plan” we would have to create a model that would

                              “Turn Our Monthly Expenses Into Monthly Income”

     The Journey...then...


     We sourced our “Closed loop card system” provider. This meant no banks and reduced merchant transaction fees! This saving is
     then passed onto our members through the Network structure. Our service provider system gave us access to one of the largest
     retailers in the country! A win-win for everyone...!

     The business instantly exploded, and our office was flooded with excited members!!!


     The reality set in when our first batch of member cards ran out of stock.
     As it was over the festive season, the card manufacturer was closed. When the factory opened in January 2019, they experienced a
     technical difficulty and had to reprint twice. This caused serious delays in our card delivery to members and the frustration was felt
     by all  By the time we received our second batch of cards, a few weeks later, delivery was now also a serious challenge as our
     membership had grown to tens of thousands.
     KER-CHING was by now a trail blazing, industry leader and already a force to be reckoned with!

     Cape Town  “The Good, The Bad and The Ugly!”


     The Good - We then went to our service provider in Cape Town, to meet the team and be trained to manage the back office more
     efficiently, to provide our members with the service excellence to be expected.


     The Bad - A few days after we had concluded some intensive meetings and training, we got an unexpected call from the CEO of
     our SP, informing us that our largest retailer merchant had decided to pull the plug on us, citing that they are launching their own
     loyalty programme later this year.


     The Ugly - They then proceeded to “bully” the company into cessation of ALL processing for KER-CHING, in a feeble attempt to
     close us down.


     But the best was still to come...!
