Facilities implementation plan
The ten-year facilities master plan for the College of Engineering includes several new buildings on West Campus (top image), as well as a reimagining of the current engineering footprint near Old Main Lawn (bottom image).
Phase 1: The first phase includes
a parking deck, two new buildings (West 1 and West 2) that will serve
as anchors for a reinvigorated West Campus, and a renovated Sackett Building. This phase will conclude with the demolition of Hammond Building and the Units.
Phase 2: The second phase includes a third building on West Campus,
as well as two new buildings on the space where Hammond and the Units previously stood.
