Sip on the taste of summer with this Currant Iced Tea! Full of beautiful herbs such as peppermint, hibiscus, and tulsi, this iced tea creates flavour that will quickly become part of the palette of your summer. The recipe for this tea was created with the slowness and intentionality, as well as regeneration and growth of the summertime in mind. It’s an incredibly calming, yet cooling tea, with flavors and vitamins that will bring a sense of freshness to your body + mind.
The hibiscus in this tea is packed with Vitamin C and antioxidants, which aid in the growth, development and repair of tissues within the body, as well as work to manage high blood pressure.
The tulsi in this tea is an adaptogenic herb, making it perfect for stress management, anxiety, as well as supporting heart health and maintaining healthy blood pressure.Traditionally, iced teas have been made by refrigerating steeped tea, but we recommend cold brewing this tea to reveal the complexity in its flavors. The cold brewing process also allows it to last longer in the fridge! It takes longer to make, but we promise it’s worth it!
Follow the directions on the jar for brewing tips!
