Completed Works
During Q2 of 2017 we have had the roof above the skylight in the kitchen repaired due to a leak.
There have been new locks fitted to the back‐garden gate due to there being no key for access. The
downstairs hallway has had a new thermostatic control put on as the previous one broke.
Next Quarter (impending Works / Tenancy Notices)
In Q3 of 2017 there are no scheduled works taking place. We have just renewed the house
insurance, which is now through Allianz and provides improved cover at a more competitive price
when compared to the previous policy.
