The simple rule we follow at camp is that no one is allowed to have fun at someone else’s expense. We cannot and will not tolerate disrespectful and/or inappropriate behaviour to peers or staff.
OUR Camp Policies
Camp Timberlane is committed to maintaining a safe, healthy and happy experience for every camper. We expect our campers to observe all of our policies during the summer. Please read the following policies very carefully and review them with your children prior to camp.
Your child's attendance at camp constitutes acceptance of all camp policies. Of course, for younger campers, certain issues that you feel are not age appropriate may be avoided, but as parents you should know that these policies are enforced equally for campers of all ages. Make sure that you clearly describe and discuss these guidelines with your child before camp begins. It is not our wish to send any camper home for disciplinary reasons.
The following policies are meant to keep camp a productive, safe and secure environment. Any violation of any of these policies can result in immediate dismissal. Please note that dismissal is at the sole discretion of the Camp Director(s), and that camper(s) will not be entitled to a refund.
1. Camp Timberlane strictly prohibits the possession or use of alcohol or illegal drugs. Campers are not permitted to possess and/or consume in any manner, or be in the presence of someone using or possessing, illegal drugs and/ or prescriptive medicines or drugs unless prescribed by a physician and registered immediately upon arrival with the Infirmary. Campers are not permitted to possess or consume or be in the presence of someone possessing or consuming, alcoholic beverages of any type. Staff or campers involved in any incidents will be removed from camp immediately at the Camp Director’s sole discretion.

4. Defacing camp property in any way will not be tolerated.
