QUALITY POLICY
The Quality Policy statement defines the organization’s commitment to Quality. The
Organizations’
Quality Policy is communicated in writing to all personnel and each supervisor as well
as the Management Representative have the responsibility for ensuring that the Quality
Policy is well understood and implemented by all personnel.
Communicating the Quality Policy forms part of the personnel induction process and
copies of this policy are prominently displayed throughout the organization premises.
The organization Quality Policy is reviewed for its suitability once a year at the Manage-
ment Review meeting.
QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT
Premier auto body shop specializes in Vehicle Body Repair in accordance to interna-
tional standards and the vehicle manufacturers’ specifications. Among the targets of
our Organization is to achieve established quality objectives and sustain and continu-
ally improve a Quality Management System based on the requirements of EN ISO
9001:2008.
The Management is fully committed in providing products of the best quality, and in
manner that will satisfy all of our customers’ requirements.
All of our services are provided by our highly qualified, fully competent and well trained
personnel with an approved, state of the art infrastructure. The implementation of this
QUALITY POLICY is the responsibility of our entire personnel. 13
