Our Health Care Practice

Our team consists of six attorneys dedicated to helping health care clients address legal needs, such as organizational
design, regulatory compliance, HIPAA and patient privacy issues, reimbursement, corporate financing, labor and
employment, real estate, taxation and employee benefits, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances,
and litigation, among others. Our team is multi-disciplinary and works in a collaborative manner across practice areas
