Santaluz Recreation
The community of Santaluz provides its residents with the following amenities:
• Situated towards the back of the community is a baseball field and park, adjoining the untouched, preserved land.
• 44 miles of walking, hiking and biking trails. Scattered throughout Santaluz are inspiration points, with trails leading to them. This offers wonderful views of gorgeous sunsets and starry skies.
• 11-acre village green
• 19,000 square feet community center
• 15 minute drive to the Pacific Ocean
The Santaluz Club
If you live in Santaluz there are three types of memberships available in the Santaluz Club.
1. Golf Membership – The golf membership is all inclusive of every amenity at Santaluz with full golf use privileges on the 18- hole championship golf course designed by Rees Jones Jr. It also includes a world-class practice range and teaching facility. The 300 acre tract has a 35,000 square foot clubhouse and spa.
2. The Clubhouse and Spa Membership – This membership has access to all the amenities at the Hacienda as well as access to the Golf Clubhouse that features a full scale restaurant and bar. It also includes a full resort-styled spa with 7 treatment rooms and a spa courtyard.
3. The Hacienda Membership – The Hacienda membership includes:
* Resort style swimming pool
* “Fresh Roast” – The Santaluz coffee shop
* Snack shop, mixed grill
* Multi-purpose gym with a full court basketball court
* Schedule of daily exercise classes like Yoga, Zumba, Pilates
* State of the art fitness center, spin studio and locker rooms
* Camp Santaluz – camp for children throughout the year and several weeks during the summer. Camp Santaluz includes sports, arts, games and social activities
* Six tennis courts and an active tennis club with men’s and women’s lockers
* Variety of resident functions – including clubs and groups like gourmet group, toddler play group, Santaluz babies, ladies book club, hiking club, wine club
