Guardian | WorkLife Matters
The WorkLife Matters Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Guardian provides you and your household members with free,
confidential assistance to help with personal or professional problems that may interfere with work or family responsibilities and
obligations. Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via a toll-free nationwide number. You and your household
members can receive up to 3 counseling sessions per person, per problem, per year.

counselor.

Employee Discount Program

CAL PERKS | Employee Discount Program

CAL PERKS offers each employee exclusive access to discounted services, products, and entertainment venues, including theme
parks, amusement parks, hotels, sporting events, entertainment venues, movie theatres, outdoor recreation, fitness programs and
warehouse clubs, in and around your area. Please check MyRA for additional information. Your annual membership cost is paid
for by Research Affiliates.

College Tuition Rewards

Guardian | College Tuition Rewards
Your participation in the Guardian Dental Plan will earn you Tuition Rewards that can be used to pay for up to one year’s tuition at
one of the 340+ SAGE private colleges and universities. This benefit is being provided at no cost to you. How it works: Register
online and you will start earning reward points for yourself and your eligible students to include children, grandchildren, nieces and
nephews. One Tuition Reward point = $1.
