place where you have Internet access. Use Springboard Marketplace to make your benefit elections, update your personal
information, and to locate important benefits documents.
To Enroll or Make Changes to Your Benefits
Log on to www.mmspringboardmarketplace.com
The username and password convention is as follows:
Username: Last Name, First Initial of First Name, Month of Birth, Day of Birth
Password: Date of Birth (mmddyyyy) no spaces
Example: Jessa Sample, DOB: 01/25/1980; Username: SampleJ0125, Password: 01251980
