your overall compensation, our benefits program provides affordable coverage, as well as quality health
care.
Career Group Companies is pleased to provide you with our Employee Benefits Guide. This guide provides
you with an overview of the benefit plans offered to all eligible employees and dependents. Please refer to
PlanSource for your Summary of Benefits and Coverage documents (SBCs) or your carrier booklets and
certificates for more detailed information. Prior to enrolling, you are encouraged to make use of this benefits
guide. Carefully read through the benefit plan descriptions so that you can make the best enrollment
decisions to meet your needs in the coming year.
What’s New for 2020
It is a fact that health care costs continue to rise. Like most companies, we are faced with increased costs to
provide benefits to our employees. Career Group Companies is pleased to announce that we will continue to
offer competitive medical plan offerings through Anthem Blue Cross. For the 2020 plan year, Anthem Blue
Cross unfortunately discontinued our current benefit offerings. As a result, we were required to implement
new plans in order to continue offering medical benefits. While these plans are similar to what is in place
today, there are a few noteworthy differences and we encourage you to review this guide and the benefit
summaries found in PlanSource. The new 2020 medical plans Include the following plans:
