2018 Trident University Health & Welfare Plans

Trident University International, LLC cares about your health and well-being, and we are dedicated to providing a comprehensive
and competitive benefits package to you and your family. As an employee, you are eligible for a variety of valuable benefits such as
medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, retirement program, tuition remission, flexible spending accounts, as well as
various wellness initiatives and more! Trident’s benefit programs account for a significant portion of the total compensation
         program.

Health care needs and benefit costs can vary from year to year, and when you combine that with the changing health care
landscape, it's critical for employees to educate themselves on their available coverage and re-evaluate their choices. The most
important advice we can provide to an employee is to be an active participant in the open enrollment process. When choosing
your plan, consider your personal situation—your finances, family health status, and proximity to frequently used medical services.

It’s important to keep in mind the choices you make cannot be reversed or changed until the next annual Open Enrollment period,
unless you experience a qualifying event during the plan year such as marriage, childbirth or adoption, loss of existing coverage for
family members. (Additional information can be found in this guide.)
