The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides you and your household members with free, confidential assistance to
help with problems that may interfere with work or family responsibilities.
EAP SERVICES:
• 24/7 unlimited phone counseling with licensed mental health professionals and referrals to supportive resources
• Up to four face-to-face visits with a counselor
• Online programs to offer something different than traditional counseling
• Access to quick and confidential help from legal and financial experts

of identity theft. If you suspect that you’re a victim of identity theft, a toll-free call will put you in touch with a professional
fraud support representative. You’ll be assigned a dedicated case worker to help you notify the credit bureaus, file paperwork
to correct your credit reports, help cancel stolen cards, and notify financial institutions and government agancies.
