ONLINE
ENROLLMENT
With the online benefits portal through ADP, you can access your benefits information whenever
it’s convenient, from home or any place where you have internet access. Use ADP to enter
your benefit choices, to address changes, to modify your personal information and to add/
modify your dependent’s information. You can also use ADP throughout the year to download
benefit forms and view benefit statements. Go to ADP to find our Annual Notices Packet,
Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC), carrier documents, information on employee
discounts, company policies, payroll information, and more!
User Login:
• Website: https://workforcenow.adp.com
• New Users: Click “Register Now” and use registration code: volcom-1234
• Returning Users: Use your previously created user name and password
Once you are logged in, go to the Myself Header and select Benefits and then Enrollments.
From there, follow the wizard and submit all of your selections at the end.
It is very important that each employee login to ADP and verify their personal information,
elect or decline benefits, and identify a life insurance beneficiary.
ONLINE DOCUMENTS
From ADP, you’ll find documents posted such as the Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC), annual notices, carrier
benefit summaries, evidence of coverage booklets, claim forms, and much more. These documents include detailed
information about the Volcom benefit plans and can help you plan for upcoming services. From work or home, 24
hours a day, 7 days a week, you and your eligible dependents may access ADP.
