         GET READY FOR OPEN ENROLLMENT



         We wanted you to receive this information early this year to provide extra time for you and your family to review
         the changes QSC is making to the benefit plans.  This is a great time to prepare your questions and bring them to
         your open enrollment meeting.

         QSC is excited to announce we are switching to a calendar plan year. What does this mean for you and your
         family? The remainder of 2019 will be a short plan year - July 1 through December 31, 2019.  You will have
         another opportunity to make benefit changes for the calendar plan year beginning January 1, 2020.  All benefit
         plans and costs effective July 1, 2019 will remain the SAME until December 31, 2020.

         The open enrollment period is May 29 through June 14, 2019. Don’t miss this opportunity to select the best
         coverage for you and your family.  You may begin your enrollment on May 29th.

         Important       QSC benefits will be on a short plan year from July 1 through December 31, 2019 (6 months).
         Reminders       You will have another opportunity to make benefit changes for the new plan year starting
                         January 1, 2020.

                         Please be sure to enroll online in UltiPro between May 29 and June 14, 2019. The next
                         opportunity to make benefit changes will be for January 1, 2020, unless you experience a
                         change in family status, such as marriage, divorce, birth or adoption.
